Why would you embellish this sort of stuff?
He clearly is a passionate Spurs supporter who resents the regime but loves the club.
We all realise there is a hardcore minority who will crawl up Levy's arse no matter what, for reasons which are less than obvious, but trying to undermine a genuine supporter's Spurs credentials for ENIC's bullshit is a waste of everyone's time.
The people engaging in this type of activity clearly support ENIC and Levy more than the football club.

Question is whether MGW and his agent played Levy. Agent leaks release clause …..Greek delays everything…MGW states he wants to leave,join Spurs ,play in Champions League, doesn’t want City…gets huge pay rise, signs new contract t,, states how much he loves Forest…Agent gets nice commission. All pre planned?
Don't know the rules so don't know if he can become club trained when he turned 19 last month. Anyhow, this should not be a player we pursued. He grew up as a RB and then he got his break through last season when Nordsjælland could do with a CB. His passing is fine but he's far too weak to be a CB (at least in my opinion)

In the cold light of day here is what should be thought about.
- The player obviously wasn't all in on the move (possibly his wife just didn't want to move given the situation she was in with her pregnancy)?
- He has remained at Forest after signing a new contract, so i suspect that money played the biggest part of his deal as he wanted to come to Spurs initially. You may argue that this was part of the plan to force a new contract anyway?
- I didn't read anywhere where he stated that he wanted to come to Spurs, and certainly not since the transfer was announced, and at no point did he demand a move, or like Isak refuse to train?
- If money was the motivational factor behind his move, do we really want a player just chasing the money?
- There are other targets that we can now move on to, not all number one targets come off. We will be a destination that a lot of players would move to.
- He signs for Spurs and a year into his contract his family don't like the bright lights of London and he wants out?
I am not too upset, there are bigger fish in the sea, and this is possibly a blessing in disguise. This won't be the first time a player has called of a transfer at the eleventh hour, and certainly won't be the last.
We need players that are all in for the badge, not the size of their pay cheque.
If Ange was still here he would have sorted the whole thing with Marinakis over a bottle of red, Levy is just too unlikeable to do business with.
Now that this issue is now resolved at least Marinakis can now return to training.
