it looks like Chavksi want Estevao to stay with them this season. They also want to sign Garnacho plus they already have Neto and Gittons plus they've not shifted Nkunku and Sterling (also Pedro can occupy a wide position).
I think they only go for Simons if they can shift Sterling and Nkunku.

This is where I'm not sure any more.
I am underwhelmed by many of THFC's 'star' players but I also suspect there is a general decline in quality across all the best teams in the Prem.
There are less and less players who you can hang your hat on for more than 2-3 seasons.
The shelf life of players has been reducing for a while and I reckon it is the high press and running tactics that are responsible for this.
The pool of very professional and consistent players has been getting smaller and smaller so the money teams can clean up like never before.
Levy doesn't need a reason to not spend the money but tbf I can see why a lot of clubs are not bothering.
The wages and fees for slightly above average players is a disgrace in 2025.
