I find it strange fans defending Levy and ENIC as if they are the club , they most definitely are not . The fans are way way more emotionally invested in the club than these clowns will ever be . That is my opinion and I have every right to voice it as often as I wish . Just as the defence force has every right to see an attack on Levy as an attack on the club, no matter how weird that’s seems to me

This is the biggest failing and what this ownership group has done to this club. You knew going into this window that Son was going to be gone, and now the perfect replacement comes up, and we all know that we’re not going to spend the money.

I’ll happily eat my words if they prove me wrong, but I’m clearly not expecting that.

There are less and less players who you can hang your hat on for more than 2-3 seasons.

The shelf life of players has been reducing for a while and I reckon it is the high press and running tactics that are responsible for this.

The pool of very professional and consistent players has been getting smaller and smaller so the money teams can clean up like never before.

Levy doesn't need a reason to not spend the money but tbf I can see why a lot of clubs are not bothering.

The wages and fees for slightly above average players is a disgrace in 2025.

Maybe you are right, i hope you are.

But when i watch our starting 11, and think how many of these guy's would be in a title winning 11 i can't see many sadly.

If i'm being positive(wich i'm not used to because i'm Spurs), and i mean very positive, i can only see Romero and VDV(but not together).

The rest should be backups if we have real ambitions.

Ok i say 7-8 players then 😉

Why? Which brings him more money. Option 2 means having better players at higher wages. To Levy and ENIC that's a loss.
 
So newcastle can be trying to sign sesko, even still with isac at the club.......

Sesko would walk into our team, he will play back up to isac if he stays at Newcastle......

Put a serious bid in for Semenyo. quality ball carrier and great out of possession as well. Know he’s signed a new contract but maybe a deals still possible if we put the money down. MGW money would atleast make them listen.
