Missing out on Gibbs-White looks a disaster now..both Kulusevski and Maddison out until the new year. Good chance Maddison could miss the full season if the ACL is confirmed..
Eze is the signing we need now but just can't see that happening as he wants Woolwich and Woolwich seem prepared to bid for him.. I can't think of any other alternatives. Rogers would be good but imagine villa will want stupid money!
This is a horrible scenario tbh. We've gone from potentially having Maddison, Kulusevski and Gibbs White to having no 10! I'm not sure who we can even sign that is anywhere near their level. The likes of that Leicester lad just isn't at the level of a Maddison. Bergval and Sarr probably just as good as anyone we are linked with.
Paqueta and Grealish probably the 2 who might be worth a punt but they would be a big gamble. Both are severely out of form and have been over well over a season!

tbf the possibility of having a statue outside Thornton Heath is pretty tempting.
