Think it’s a slight overpay but I don’t get why we should care about the transfer fee.

Liverpool didn’t with Wirtz, Kerkez, Ping Pong, Or Szobozslai and they won the PL

Focus on the player not the price and have the conviction to get the player you are most sure about

Paz is one of the 10’s left on the market I’d be most sure about

Mate we can't keep doing this. Bad injuries need to be managed way better than we have been. Sticking a man like Kulu back into battle trying to carry kids and newbies he will hurt himself trying to stop us bleeding out like last season. I get positive thinking but the club needs a massive dose of realisim and Kulusevski needs zero pressure and time to get right.

There’s a balance to always overpaying vs always peeling value and losing deals. We are clearly the latter

Most people on here were saying if Son stayed for next year he would have been a sub to Tel/Odobert to maybe impact the game late. I bet the same people who are crying that we haven’t signed a replacement yet are the same people in match threads saying “Son is shit. Next game start Odobert / Tel / Moore”

Even if we signed Eze and Rodrygo this week half of you would be throwing yourselves to the floor in a tantrum saying “where’s our backup LB/LCB Levy, you cheap bald git!”.
