My views have fuck to do with the owners. I support the club and celebrate our achievements and have little regard for the owners. Winning the 2nd biggest European Cup competition is an achievement and clearly from the celebrations after so do many supporters. Having watched many of our winning cup runs there is always a degree of luck on the way. The CL run to the final a prime example.
I also am far from happy with the squad we have at present. Injuries to Maddison, Kula, Udogie, Solanke & Dragusin and Son leaving have made it worse.
However my point to which you replied was I was fed up with the constant reminders that we finished 17th rather than we were the Europa Cup winners. Neither has any bearing on the fact which most agree that as you say this squad is not up to challenging for the PL or CL this season.
Time, to move onto more realistic targets then.

Answer my question of the other day and provide what you think would be considered acceptable to you, in terms of expenditure and accompanying achievement.
I'm not even asking you to provide the names of possible targets. Just simply what would be outlay that fans could look at and say the board/owners have done their bit, and then what kind of success on the field that would enable you to praise the team?

We have improved in a couple of areas and need to improve in a few more. We haven't done so yet and rather than at least wait till the end of the window these clowns are talking about protesting... not even giving the manager and players a chance to show what they can do in a competitive match.
