Yeah but I couldn't be bothered looking for the € symbol.
Hold up some card with 'Kudos what's your main position' written on it?
The report is €70M isn't it? So it tallies with your own valuation of the player.I mean Savinho is very much talented lad and would absolutely improve our winger department.
But 70 mil (unless it is like 60 mil + 10 mil if he wins Ballon do'r - in that case it would be more reasonable)?!? That would still be smashing our transfer fee for a "potential" (though I admit - he does have A LOT of it) of a player who is made available from his current team. It makes me worried that he managed to score 1 goal (!) for City in EPL last season.
I generally do not think he is worth more than 55-65 mil, but of course have to keep in mind that Levy "genius strategy" of sitting on his hands for most of first 2 months of the window will mean we have to pay some premium to get anyone of quality at all...
Madueke was at us at first i think. Glad we got shot of him if hes played at both chelsea and Woolwich. Dont need snakes at our club.Scum paid 50M for Noncey Madookie, 50M for Savinho a far better player is fair & reasonable with a much higher ceiling
You go & look at his stats here : Savinho Football Stats and Visuals | DataMB
He rankes well above 95 percentile on most front.
Below is excerpt from PL site on a March article (Analysis: Who will triumph in the battle of the league's best wingers?)
"best crossing accuracy (23.8 per cent), produces the most successful open-play crosses (0.9 per 90), and creates the greatest number of chances in open play (2.1 per 90)."
It doesnt matter it was Haaland at the end of it - what matters is what he did before....and what he did before is far ahead of most PL wingers, certainly we didnt have anyone in squad close to this numbers
I must admit , when I first saw him at City I thought he looked a real talent , seemed to lose form or fall out of favour , perhaps the physical rigours of the PL took its toll.People don’t know how good Savio is.
He had Girona in a title race. Pep uses his wingers differently so he wasn’t able to shine last season.
It's Mercato Bayern on X... no idea how reputable.

I hope so but can see the club fucking around with it. The player clearly wants to go.
Sterling was for sure… but he was PL proven and City paid >£50M for him 10 years ago.He knows what to do with them, Sane and Sterling were amazing there, he just prefers a different tactical approach currently where they aren't necessarily as productive. Frankly not sure we can use that as an excuse for Savio's issues in the first season - his xG was pretty high he just missed a LOT of chances - but for sure we can expect him to be better here where he'll be given a bit more freedom.
Levy will get this done I’m convinced now . He will have read higher ceiling and will think he is a Victorian town house.Scum paid 50M for Noncey Madookie, 50M for Savinho a far better player is fair & reasonable with a much higher ceiling
Loan with an option to buy is what I'm hearing.€60m + add ons based on all the different reports we’ve seen.
Very much in our ball park
Savinho -50m to 60m might get him. But I would go as high as 80m for him.
If he repeats 2023/24 season but in PL , his value probably jumps to 100m+ easy in 1 season.
Why ? That season in 2023/24 for Girona
We didnt see much of this stats last season. He didnt need to do lot of carries, as ball was already upfield most times. City doesnt play counter attacks or transition football..
- Had the most successful dribbles in the league with 104, outperforming wingers like Vinicius Jr. and Nico Williams.
- Was the top creator, ranking first in Goal-creating actions (25) and Expected Assists (9.9). He was also second in the league for passes into the penalty area (60).
- Ranked first in both progressive carries (181) and progressive carrying distance (5124m). He also had the most combined goals and assists from ball carries (10)
So you get a good Savinho in 2024/25 but to get the best of him, IMHO, he has to play in a side that plays counter attacks or transitional football.
This is why I am hoping that we do the bloody deal. I cant stress enough , how big a transfer this could be

Because he was under 18 so it took longer/more difficult to get a work permit. He's 18 now so I imagine will walk into the match day squad.Hasn't even made the bench for Rangers yet.
I had (briefly) forgotten how annoying Russell Martins voice is and how much of a total blagger of a coach he is.
Heard his last 2 post match interviews after 2 draws from 2. Mans a fraud and will be gone in months IMO.
Wonder how that'll affect Moore?
Oh I thought you was talking Savinho
Nah Eze never happens in a million years
Savinho I think does
Which is great because City Twitter really want to keep him
