Getting bored of people talking down Savinho. A fantastic young talent. The fact City want Rodrygo instead is neither here nor there.
I think he is just as talented as Rodrygo tbf. I think you are looking at work class player with a little player development for a season or two.
I think selling Savinho for 70 mill and buying Rodrygo for 80 mill is remarkable business
He had end product in the PL, it's just goals he lacked.
No Man City player had more assists, despite most playing more minutes. Only Haaland and de Bruyne had a higher g/a combined. Salah was the only Liverpool player with more assists too.
It's pretty crazy how impotent in front of goal they were last year.
I think the assumption that normal service will resume there is being waaaaaaaaay overrated.

- We won the EL..but it's not as good as the CL

There was a guy who called into TalkSport yesterday saying Frank has destroyed our club because of his tactics against PSG....I mean, is he fucking serious??!
We went toe to toe against the best team in the world right now, Frank's had 5 weeks with these players, has injuries to first team regulars, is trying to implement new methods....and they have a team full of Ballon d'or nominees. But...Frank has destroyed the club because we lost.

Madrid want 87m pounds (100m euros) for Rodrygo. The 70m for Savinho is in Euros (60m pounds).
He wouldn't be my preferred player from that lot. He did score a few last season (which would please a bunch around here) but he was also used as striker when Lewandowski couldn't play, which is more and more often
Olmo would be alright but I would probably take Fermin Lopez over him for the 10 at this point, or maybe even the next guy up, 17 yo Dro (Pedro) Fernandez
If we got Eze and Savinho and there were no intentions of another defender, I say try Barca and see if 10m is useful for them and then take 18 yo Landry Farre. RB but plays across the line so a Jurrien Timber clone who could become club trained

Other clubs aren't interested in a wasteman like Bissouma who's routinely late to training, and it's an AFCON season. Shocked I tell you!
With either Richarlison or Solanke playing up top. We are certainly going to get an upgraded version of Tottenham this season, especially if either Eze or Savio can join, preferably both.
