I don't think that apologies are necessary, or even appropriate to be honest.
What I believe is appropriate is just honest feedback, which is something that a lot of posters on here are incapable of doing.
Levy has got a lot wrong in the past and deserves that honest feedback, we've had poor transfer window after transfer window, we've hired poor managers, we pay poor wages. So it's justified that people want to vent about this.
However, he was at the forefront of building an amazing stadium and amazing facilities that have definitely defined us as a world class club, he deserves praise for that.
Frank is an excellent appointment imho and I'm happy to praise him for that appointment, although only time will tell how far Frank can take us.
If we get Eze and/or Savinho, then they would be major upgrades on what we have, and he should get the appropriate praise for making those transfers happen.
The majority of feedback on here though is heavily biased because the poster either hates Levy, and is incapable of admitting when he's done something right. Or, in rare cases, posters are reluctant to acknowledge any of his shortcomings.
The glass half empty attitude is tiresome though....'we won't get Eze or Savinho, we'll get bargain basement players as usual....blah, blah' save that shit for if it doesn't happen.
