I don’t get this “go and support another team rhetoric , it’s obvious Jaynola is a proper yid , and a passionate one, I guess like most of us on here he uses this site to vent , we don’t all have to all agree with each other or it would get very boring ,I think he is wrong about Kulu and I think Dragu will be good without Ange ball tactics so i agree he would make a good squad player, but he is entitled to his opinion and it doesn’t make him any less of a good , any way I’m going off on a tangent so I’ll stop , it just annoyed me with the “go and support someone else bit” but if someone on the site annoys you so much just block them!
"go and support another team" is a childish response and anyone using that rhetoric is not to be taken seriously

Thank you, Fatty.

Nah pal, no matter how much you know about Spurs & football in general, whether you've played and coached, that you've given the club 1,000 & 1,000 of GBP over several decades...all that matters is that you have the exact same opinion they do. Otherwise yours is obviously not valid and you're a negative Nancy, a miserable f****r, not a Spurs fan etc etc.

They don't even realise the irony...but then again it's difficult when you're perched atop such a high pedestal.
This is a truly terrible take. Nobody cares what your opinion is. But if you are relentlessly negative then people will call you out for it. People don’t like being around people who are always negative.

I don't think that apologies are necessary, or even appropriate to be honest.
What I believe is appropriate is just honest feedback, which is something that a lot of posters on here are incapable of doing.
Levy has got a lot wrong in the past and deserves that honest feedback, we've had poor transfer window after transfer window, we've hired poor managers, we pay poor wages. So it's justified that people want to vent about this.
However, he was at the forefront of building an amazing stadium and amazing facilities that have definitely defined us as a world class club, he deserves praise for that.
Frank is an excellent appointment imho and I'm happy to praise him for that appointment, although only time will tell how far Frank can take us.
If we get Eze and/or Savinho, then they would be major upgrades on what we have, and he should get the appropriate praise for making those transfers happen.
The majority of feedback on here though is heavily biased because the poster either hates Levy, and is incapable of admitting when he's done something right. Or, in rare cases, posters are reluctant to acknowledge any of his shortcomings.

The glass half empty attitude is tiresome though....'we won't get Eze or Savinho, we'll get bargain basement players as usual....blah, blah' save that shit for if it doesn't happen.
I think Frank is hopefully a great hire , but it’s after a series of disastrous hires that were not only unsuccessful ( Ange is a weird anomaly, a successful massive failure)but slagged us off and embarrassed us . Frank has a monumental task to rebuild the damage , so any praise for Levy should surely be kept back until he has done that.
The only people that think we are a world class club are some Spurs fans . We should be but we are not irrespective of the shiny stadium . What fans of other clubs do you think perceive Spurs as a world class club , what metric do you think they use to reach a conclusion.
We have a world class events stadium that is for sure , that does not make us a world class club , nor does being 9th on the Deloitte money list .

Savinho was not injured after palermo game. I've looked up numerous post match reports etc saying there were no injuries and stating a clear bill of health from those involved.

It was only yesterday pep suddenly said he was injured from palermo. How long he has been training alone/separately would be interesting to know.
I think the injury is bullshit and the deal is very close.
I just hope we don't have to wait until after the city game but this is a big big transfer and they take alot of time.

Quite often on deals this big the first 90-95% of it is done reasonably quickly. It is always the last 5-10% that takes all the time.

Gotta respect the aggro, though...I'm feeling like I've been two-footed by Romero (and I got the booking, if you catch my drift).

Being called miserable & negative by them folks is another personal fave. Must be what it'd feel like being given lifestyle lessons by Bissouma or Ndombele...or taught social skills by Daniel.

The best way to deal with the negative aspects of something are to talk about them and do something about sorting them out, if you simply whistle along with a glass half full attitude nothing improves.

How long does he get credit for the stadium... this will be our sixth season now. Another five, ten, twenty years... nearly every Spurs fan I've met credits Levy for the new stadium but it's not an eternal thing. You want honest feedback but you like so many Levy apologists don't want to hear it but here you go... the team baring a handful of players is still a load of shite. The leadership is still a load of shite. The transfer window once again is a load of shite. If he didnt oversee so many poor decision he will still have stadium credit in the bank but that credit expired a few seasons back around the time Conte gave him some "honest" feedback. And what did he do with that feedback? Answers on a postcard to Perth...

This is the full article from the journo with good city contacts

"One of the latter, Savinho, seems intent on leaving. Spurs are going back in for Brazilian, with City expecting somewhere closer to £70m for a player that only signed 12 months ago for around £31m."

City bluffing via Peps press conference but briefing friendly media they will accept a high enough bid.

Thing is, for a player like Savinho who’s current wages are so far below his market value there’s still loads of value in the transfer at £65-70m

Savinho
Age: 21
Fee: 70m
Wages:4m per year (current 2m) x5 years (20m)
Total: 90m over 5 years
Age at end: 26

Rodrygo
Age:24
Fee: 90m
Wages: 10m per year x5 years (50m)
Total: 140m over 5 years
Age at end: 29

Even at 70m Savinho represents much better value over Rodrygo from the clubs perspective and has resale value. Plus, his ceiling as a player is easily as high.

Jaynola Jaynola isn't a bad poster on here at all. There are much worse. He vents his frustrations on here because he cares. Some people might judge that as negativity and take it as direct critisism but I've no doubt that Jaynola Jaynola would love if some of these players proved him wrong. He's clearly a big Spurs fan who cares alot.

Same way I've been giving out about how long these deals are taken. I've now come under scrutiny from the "positivity brigade" but the only reason I'm raising concerns is because I'm petrified that the deals won't happen. I hope they all happen and I look like a total melt come 1st September!

Do people genuinely read those tweets and think the words written are anything more than clickbait?

I mean seriously? Who honestly thinks that random people on social media know what we are doing?

No one knew we were 'monitoring' MGW or Savinho did they? We just heard the news.

Everything else is just nonsense written by AI to keep you following them and clicking.

The irony of the entire thing is that its people who follow and share these idiots creating the drama they complain about constantly by giving them a platform...

Its honestly mental
It becomes more of a thing with every transfer window that some fans are more interested in the gossip around new players than they are about the actual football.

Gossip related dopamine hits are a real thing. And it’s only going to get worse.
