I do also think we will see one or two leaving. Bissouma being an obvious one.
But if we were to get Eze, known player of a high standard, and Savinho, one to be developed, only those with their clipboard and agenda could be upset and demand more..
There might be a youth punt or two a la Vuskovic or Melia, we seem to be consistently doing those. I’d love a young project fullback, if we can find one.

Savio to Kubo is quite a downgrade.
Eze would make 6 players capable of playing the wing, and 3 capable of playing the 10. That’s pretty good depth.
We have depth throughout CM-CDM and at CB. We are really just lacking a fullback to fill out the squad.
If Eze gets done I can’t see us stumping up for Saviñho also, or anyone else in that price bracket.

Very little impact at City and not exactly a fire starter anywhere before that.
We’ve got several players already in the squad that objectively outperformed him last season - and who have their whole careers. Including one who was injured for the vast majority of it.
Absolutely spunking cash away that would be better served elsewhere.

Left footed. A bit pointless with Kudus, unless they really think Kulusevski is exclusively a 10 and Johnson a LWF.
And if they do think that, Akliouche would be 20x better for a target imo

He absolutely set La Liga ablaze, was the star of a surprise Girona team who were the talk of the league in 23-24. 20 G/A. He’s also only 21 and those were his only two full seasons in Europe
Savinho got 11 PL assists last year, who “objectively” outperformed him? He had a better season than Kudus did and look how good Kudus has shown himself to be already.
