So are we just taking it as guaranteed that Eze is signed?

Let's not pretend this is the norm.
Genuinely interested.... Can anyone name another 20 y/o who cost 70m based solely on potential?
It was a joke that they didn't exist before they were bought out.
It was a subtle joke. About a subtle as a garden shovel around the cheek, but it was there if you read it closely.

Gibbs-White had a medical booked. Was also reported by more than 1 ITK. I have not seen anything from Ornstein or Romano about it being done.
If it gets done, would people start him at 10 against City or out on the left and keep Sarr playing that disruptive advanced role?
That was a nominal fee for their sister club, Girona. Wooden dollarsIts a huge risk to me , but like I said before I haven't seen a lot of him play , City do have good scouts and only buy the best however what has he done in his 1 season at City to Justify a £40 million pound increase on what City paid for him last year?

EDF gonna rock ya!!!It is perhaps worth remembering this, whilst in the heat of the transfer window....
Maybe thats whats slowing down the whole deal.We can just buy him in a few years if he turns out decent........![]()

Endrick will end up costing Real about €72 million. And let's not forget Wirtz, who is only a year older than Savinho and never played in the PL, and cost over £100m.Let's not pretend this is the norm.

Seems legit.
Yeah but what did we buy in Solanke? A player who had one prolific season that represented an anomaly in terms of goal return vs the remainder of his career, playing as the focal point in a team set up to service him, he is 2024's answer to Darren Bent, a good enough player who will score goals but very much a known quantity and overpriced for his ability level. I like him btw but I think if we can keep Richy fit and in form (very possible given its a WC year and Brazil's dearth of options there means a good season in the PL almost certainly sees him on the plane) he is a better fit for our team right now than Solanke IMO......Before all 3 had ever even stepped into the EPL, let alone scored 21 goals in a single season.
Meh.
Isak is now priced at £150m. Sesko & Gykores might still bomb.
Totally agree. It’s been a while since we had two exciting players at the same time.
