City will sell us Silversurfer for £60m, if they can sign Rodrygo. Who himself isn't keen to leave Madrid.
If they can't get Rodrygo, they'll only accept an insane offer to sell Summertiminho.
We are now watching to see what happens with Rodrygo and maybe last night improves our optimism.

If we double Savages wages to £80k and week, that's about £20m for 5 years.
Rodrygo is already on about £250k a week so that's £65m without a payrise.

I don’t even think Rodrygo would consider coming to us. And if he did, and we made any headway at all in terms of agreeing a fee, I think Woolwich, City and possibly Chelsea, at least, come in for the gazump.
It's not a deal we have a single solitary chance to pull off. His stock is simply too high. If he intimates he wants to leave, every money club in the world will be on alert.

Let’s not go down the we are shopping in a different market crap , Liverpool , Chelsea, United , Woolwich and City have done more business than us . City started in January admittedly .
So let’s stop with the pretence that deals are so complicated. United have no European football and are a basket case , if Woolwich wanted Eze he would be there . So the bigger clubs can also do deals without the complicated bullshit argument . Of course they have done less deals than Burnley , they don’t need entirely new teams . United need more obviously but are screwed by years of mismanagement, not the complicated nature of deals.
The clubs that are struggling are Newcastle because of FFP , Villa and West Ham . I presume nobody will argue but look at West Ham struggling. I readily admit imo Sullivan is a monumental clown

Savinho saga seems like its waning,Man Shitty having internal conflicts, reports confirm we were in contact a week b4 the reports broke so coming upto three weeks now , so with 1.5 weeks to go we need to focus on plan b... for me a cheaper option but no way cheaper quality more the opposite especially in output 40-42M will get us Lookman , also has great versatility.

Has the move been blocked and therefore we will never get Savinho or has the moved be blocked because we won't meet City's valuation? If its the latter then surely the word "blocked" should be replaced with "rejected" Spurs bid!
