I'm determined to sign Savinho from you!Ha, "determined".
One of those words whose meaning can vary so much that it loses any sense.

Predictable,
Yeah but thats a real worry that a player who was struggling to start for Southampton last season is now our starting 10? I don't even think Dibling starts over Sarr or Bergval in the 10 personally. He doesn't strenghten our team. Just another young squad player with potential.Maddison is done for the season and kulu half the season. And neither is a nailed on starter once they return.
Dibling may not be good enough yet but I wouldn’t worry about a 28 year old maddison coming off acl surgery and kulusevski blocking any sort of quality player.

I agree. Unfortunately, its not an environment where ethics count for much. It's nothing Levy wouldn't have done to another owner if he had the chance so Spurs can hardly complain about Parrish's behavior. The Premier League is a club where Levy has burned a lot of bridges.I would disagree with you about Kudus and Palhinha, both of whom have looked good in playing time so far. Both improve Spurs squad - I doubt if too many fans would agree with you
I didn't think that Tel had shown enough on loan to be a purchase at the level we needed him to be - imo Odobert has more experience (one season in top French league and one in PL with Burnley), and although frustratingly injured most of last season looks a better player than Tel. So whilst good forwards are neither plentiful nor cheap, so Tel being immediately available with 'great potential' had attractions, I'd have passed and looked for a better player (even if a top player not available directly after season ended).
IMO the Eze deal fell apart through lack of integrity on the part of the player and/or Palace - by all accounts Eze had agreed terms with Spurs and it was Palace delaying saying they wanted him to play tonight plus wanted to haggle over small items in contract as a delaying tactic. So all Woolwich did was to come in and agree to take similar terms to Spurs (or minimal change) in last few days whilst Palace/Eze stringing Spurs along saying 'deal still on, but it nedds to be after Thursday's match ......
That is unethical behaviour by business standards. Not criminal.
Either one of those and Savinho would still be an unbelievable transfer window.
Mid table.
Injuries will see to us, with no proper quality in reserve.
That will be the story of this season.
"we couldn't have gotten Eze because scum's 4D chess!!"
haha, you believe that spun fline if you want, folks.
Played in every way.
Either turn the stadium against that bald bastard, or it just goes on and on.
That's where we are.
Yep forever building for the future. And if one of them does become the next Gareth Bale then he'll be way too good for us and want to leave. Its the same cycle under this ownership. We just can't sign top players who are ready to win now.
Fair commentYeah it would be decent, but Akliouche is the only realistic one.
Paz has an incredibly delicate contract situation with Real’s buy back option and his coach is Cesc Fabregas.
Savinho plays for a stronger, richer club who don’t want to sell him. Levy has never made a signing of that type before, when he buys from big clubs it’s only ever players they want rid of. Add in the lingering acrimony from the Kane saga and how hard Levy has pushed the PL to punish City for cheating, they will not want to deal with him.
No shit SherlockEither one of those and Savinho would still be an unbelievable transfer winow
Why do that when you can target players you never intend to buy, knowing the deal likely won't happen.Como (led by that Gooner cunt Fabregas) are going to laugh in our faces, and failing that, Madrid will step in as they have part ownership. Paz will not happen.
Monaco are also a CL club this year and with Pogba in the team they’ll be going for it. Akliouche will not just be an easy deal to do, they’ve resisted Bayern and Inter already this window.
Please pick realistic targets. Please.
Dont do it to yourself...Either one of those and Savinho would still be an unbelievable transfer window.
Like I said, we can't just sign him, there needs to be someone else to come in and be the immediate number 10 starter.Dibling is not ready to offer our first team any boost. He'll be a squad player at best and wouldn't start for most midtable teams in the prem! Thats the reality.
Nice kid I'm sure. Big potential (same as Gray, Bergval, Odobert and Moore) but not going to have any impact on our season. Might be a good long term signing- who knows. But its another Archie Gray type signing and that's why it'll be so uninspiring after missing out on Eze.
All signed in different windows. Are you happy with us signing one experienced player per window while the other top teams sign atleast 4?Except Kudus,
And Romero
And Porro
And Maddison
for a few examples.....
We will have to get permission from his mum to let him stay out after 9 pm ffs
