Como will want more than 50m for Paz. And City want more than 60m for Savinho.

You're valuation is way too optimistic.
Ok. Well the savinho bit u misunderstood a little. I was saying the 60m we were willing to pay for savinho could become 70m with the 10m we save going from eze to paz.

If paz is more than 50m then its even more of an overpay than people were saying 70m for savinho is!

50m pounds is about 58m euros.

Edit. And just to add that in terms of current performance levels, talent and potential that a 20m difference in price between savinho and paz is about right.

70m savinho
50 paz

It’s probably because I have had a bang on the head or something but can someone explain to me why we are going after more wide players?

We have loads of them and even more that we can’t get rid of, we need a bloody creative centre midfielder and another option at left back
Because we have one good one, and a million shit ones. We haven't replaced Son, who even declining is miles better than anything we have at LW right now. If bottom half attack is what you want, then job's a good in, we're there!

Yeh - I replied to the wrong message - the LBs are fine. It was the prior comment that you replied to about the obsession with signing wide players. We have Kudus and Kulu can do a job, but the rest of our many, many wingers are aren't really battle-ready so we need a decent LW...
Completely agree. I pray VDV gets a go at LB TBH - I’m absolutely adamant it’s his best position.

We are desparate for a LW’er, the only option I can see is Richy and potentially Kulu but they are just hard working team players rather than G/A merchants. I guess that offsets Johnson, still think Kudus should be left and Johnson right too but Frank doesn’t seem keen

Wow. The excitement of wondering what panic buy the board has in mind is keeping me up at night. Had all window to act like a big club after European success but let’s leave it to the last week! What could possibly go wrong. Thanks ENIC!!!! Swell job once again

Left wing is 100% more important to fill than number 10, although both are really key.

Even when we thought we were signing Eze, I wanted Savinho more.

If we sign Savinho and then say a Paz or that french guy, we will be looking in good shape.

Poor Frank has to answer those questions about signing players when it is our cunt chairman and useless Lange letting everyone down and they could hide behind.
Wasn't Vinai the guy who was going to face the media on situations like this? I remember Ali G droning on about how this is a game changer, and we'll finally have someone at board level to relieve the manager of these awkward questions.

Yeah, aside from his dope collab with Daniel, what is it this year actually does?

Paz ain't happening. Heavily reported out of Italy that Real have no intention of it happening, they control his future. It's an easy choice for the player. He's on a glorified loan right now. That is dead, won't happen.

Savinho and paz should be do able financially no problem. They are just simply too stubborn.

I think we were looking at an outlay of 60m for eze and 60m (prepared to pay) for savinho.

With eze gone we could get paz for 50m and use the 10m saved to bump up the offer for savinho.
Paz ain't happening. All the talk out of Italy is that Real aren't going to let it happen. They see him back there as a key figure, so that's a no go, sadly.

Vinai.

Woolwich man.

Should never have been given a platform at Spurs.

…that platform being already rinsed in abject failure.
