I've wanted us to sign Eze since his QPR days but i think Gibbs-White is more of a loss. Would have suited us and Frank perfectly.
He can barely move, regardless of the nature of the movement in question. You are not getting away with this at this level no matter where you play, not anymore at least. And a soon to be 34 yr old Eriksen is definitely not worth being compensated for by the rest of the team.
And it's not like Amorim's United were/are playing a highly intense brand of football where he was asked to run, tackle, press all the time. Yet they still let him go, despite being shorthanded in his position*. It's quite telling.
*Amorim's 3-4-2-1 features 2 AMs, so he could've easily used Eriksen there if he had thought that he was good enough. He pretty much never did, opting for bang average players like Zirkzee and Garnacho instead.
