I'm not asking for miracles, I'm asking for something more than the most toothless attack the division has ever seen.
I wasn't aware there was a story....... Just aware that in a perfect world we would sign a couple.
I'd rather:
2 x #10s + a RB
than
1 x #10 and a LW.
Which isn't dissimilar to what I said.
He’s perfect for a game playing on the counter, he’s rapid so a threat on the shoulder, but also pops up with clinical finishes
Here’s a hypothetical that won’t ever happen. But if you had the choice.
Morgan Rogers on his own for biiiiiig money. £80m+
Or;
Savinho AND a Paz/El Khannous etc.
Of the 3 English 10s he’s the bestI was thinking why would Rodgers come here, but he’s not on a big salary at the moment and I don’t think Villa have got space to increase it all that much. He probably feels undervalued there. Think it’s possible. The hard thing is agreeing a fee. If we turned his head with a good offer, maybe he would ask to leave. Long shot but you wouldn’t rule it out completely
Man City on paper have a stronger team than Liverpool or Woolwich IMO but they are screwed if Pep’s fire in the belly is no longer there. Pep is an emotional guy if he has checked out they are going to just go through the motions.

Thank fuck for the Havertz injury and Woolwich hijack, or we’d have ended up with this Gooner prick.
His goal contribution also lagged his silky flair moments in the Belgian league, as it has done for Morocco.Sure... But he'd be the last of their front 6 that I'd seek to single out as a weakness.....
Cordova-Reid (32) / Vardy (38) / Ayew (33)
BEK (20)
Winks (29) + Soumare (26)
...Brutal.

I just don’t really trust us to do the Paz or Akliouche deals at all at this point, and think that a 10 is a non-negotiable necessity. And if we are actually to buy Savinho, surely there’s no way we allocate £60m towards Akliouche or Paz as well, right? It’s extremely difficult to see two of those huge deals coming off before window’s end.
I don’t know. I think Savio+BEK makes sense. I don’t buy Akliouche or Paz as being all that realistic.

A RB? Why? Porro and Djed will cover that.
LCB that plays LB has to be our biggest priority for a defender imo. Even if you think Djed is the starting LB, then he’d still go to RB and Udogie LB if Porro couldn’t play.
I’m with you on LW though. Unless the player is genuinely special.
I doubt those mercenaries care. A half-baked potato could get similar results to that exaggerated peanut.Man City on paper have a stronger team than Liverpool or Woolwich IMO but they are screwed if Pep’s fire in the belly is no longer there. He's young (though not THAT young) and may improve, I get it, but I just don't think he's fit for our current purposes.
History will not be kind to this proclamationA half-baked potato could get similar results to that exaggerated peanut.
Listening to JD, Justin Cochrane was clearly a vital part of negotiations.
