We now have a coach who is tactically astute and by all accounts a good man manager. We have a very decent squad of youth and experience that failed miserably last season due to having a coach that wasn't tactically astute.
What most are seeing and asking with absolute justification is invest in some real quality to add to this blend of youth and experience that have bonded through some success (EL) and adversity and there is a very good chance that we can step up a level and be genuine contenders in all things domestic this season.
