We aren’t signing Savinho. They don’t want to sell and the price is ridiculous.
100% spot on.

That was proven to be made up
We’re so fucking amateur. Lucky we have 6 points on the board because yet again this board hasn’t got our squad ready for a gruelling season. I don’t know when they will learn to get the deals done early and ready for the manager to bed in. False economy
Salah, Virgil on mahoosive money and were before. Slobo and Darwin were on big money. They probably have the 3rd highest or 2nd highest wage bill. Not even sure Liverpool are massive wage payers.
Diaz was well under £100k when he left.
Has to be. Konate in those two games, has put on two of the worst defensive performances I've ever seen. How much have Scouse spent?
Looking ordinary against ten men.
I'd be amazed if Gueri isn't brought in this week.
Not sure what your point is , I listed the signings and outgoings of all twenty clubs, I mentioned Leeds as they had just completed another signing . Are you saying transfers are this incredibly complex negotiation , because it’s looking like several hundred will get completed in one form or another this window .Amazed Leeds managed to get any of these players over Madrid or Scouse.
All of them would look good on a triple word score on a Scrabble board, but not for a team aspiring to do anything more but survive a Premier League season.,

Out of the two teams they had the Wirtz player.Just watching 5 mins of Newcastle vs Liverpool.
Utterly 1 sided in favour of Newcastle. Then Liverpool just smash one in from range.
Anyway, what struck me was how average their bench looks.
That bench for Liverpool is nowhere near as rich as the likes of PSG or City.
Arses yesterday wasn't exactly glittering tbh.
Ok.
His favourite Lillywhites .... but hes fuming, apparently he stepped in shit while trying to find a way out of the Emptihad.
I agree. But even worse than the amount spent is the Crap they spent the lesser amount on."Last 5 Years Net Spend" is a perfectly reasonable metric to throw around, but it creates a deceptive picture for Spurs, who exactly five years ago were a disgraceful catastrophe of a squad as a result of 5-7 years of colossal transfer underinvestment prior to that.
Which both necessitated huge spending just put a team together that could survive the loss of prime Kane and Son, and which had absolutely zero other value to sell and balance the books.
And the full picture of our squad spending relative to our revenues has been well behind our competitors at every stage.
We do not spend enough to win, because we have confiscatory ownership ideologically dedicated to underinvestment. Period.

As I said it’s bollocks to make out it is such a difficult process , of course there will be exceptions but it is not the norm .

Welcome to Levy’s Tottenham.
Amazing some still believe thehe spouts.
Nothing will ever change under his
I thought there was n9 AFCON this year"With Salah going to afcon they cant rely on him the whole season. Will be interesting to see how they cope... Last time he went he came back and did very little for the remaining few months.
Two assists in his first match
I think he will prove you wrong
There is but Kudus won't go because Ghana didn't qualify. Sarr will probabky win it with Senegal and come back knackered or injured.
True, but how many of our first team players walk into a different top 6 club? Maybe Kudus, VDV, Romero,Spence and Porro. With the rest,Frank has made miracles so far.
