don't think a big reinvention is in the cards this year, but i'm also optimistic about the younger players developing under frank. madders and deki coming back will be a big help too. more than anything i'm ready for this fookin window to close and just get on with it.

Madders coming back is going to have no bearing on this season. He'll be out until Feb/March and even then, he'll not be nearly like himself until next season, of ever.
 
I still think it's early to write Tel off.
20 is absolutely no age to make a call on a player.

We paid more for Gray and I have more concerns about him. But he himself is still young.

how bad does someone have to be then? you might as well give every 20 year old in the world a chance if they can run.

you can tell a player after 5 mins, how the ball behaves with them and how their brain works. he doesnt have that natural connection with the ball like footballers do, hes an athlete, nothing more.
