A Luton scout invited me to train with Luton (pleat was there at the time)
I declined but couple years later he asked my brother to go up there
There was a lot my pals in and around that Luton youth and we got to know this scout well
He used to say within 10 minutes he knew if he was staying to watch a player for the full half or up the road to the next player

Soon as he said that he was outtie. They've got Frank in because this was the plan all along and because it's the first window Frank would just accept it without saying anything.

They fucking kept Lange after he brought shame to the club by crying after failing in negotiations for Tel (a player we didn't even need) resulting in Levy taking over looooooool...and you guys thought they legit wanted to improve us??? With Lange???

Yeah I reckon Lange is gone. Just an opinion though. He discovered bergvall so fair play. Must admit when I've seen him interviewed seems boring.
- Max Aarons didn't look good..... He was pony in the EPL...... Once the champo hype faded it was over.
- Lampty was quick and that's about it.
Both young players with massive price-tags (esp. when you consider inflation!) despite doing fuck all, that at most were a flash in the pan; yet if the foot-stompers had their way we would have signed them
