Fabrizio Romano who has been tweeting about us all summer still hasn't mentioned any of these optimistic Simons phone calls?

Matt Law hates us. Wasn't he the journalist who kept saying it was a shame that we got CL football for winning the Europa League because he was so bitter that we won something? He's setting himself up for the lovely story of being able to report on Chelsea hijacking Spurs even though Xavi Simons said yes to chelsea weeks ago and is just waiting on their bid.

I'm saying that we scored 5 goals less than the winners. We scored a lot of goals and created a lot of chances. Your mental gymnastics can't change that. That is a fact, it happened, despite the poor system.

Solanke is a forward, who had a lot of chances, didn't score as many as should've, based on the chances he did have, but I guess that was the systems fault too?

Fact of the matter is we signed a striker that had an anomaly of a season. He will never score 19 PL goals again. That I'm super confident on. 6 the season before, 9 the season after. I don't know why you can't identify trends and make loads of mental gymnastics to make, whatever the hell point your trying to make.

He's a very average striker. It's ridiculous that our strike pairing is so bad. Richarlison is a better player, but not good enough either. Solanke starts at Everton in last years teams. So again, I ask you, why do you love mediocrity so much? The board must absolutely love having people like you as fans. Served up shite and you'll thank them for it.

I think you're all masochists.
