Also we both got it wrong on whether Levy would be able to pull off this transfer. Hope you've been giving due credit to him and Airfixx.

If we're willingly surrendering a big portion of a future fee,, then the money from selling him isn't a priority. Having him play for us for a long time is.

Not for CL squad.

Currently we have 18 NHG (excluding Bissouma, Kulu and Dragusin - so 1 more needs to be dropped - Takai or Solomon the obvious ones).

And we have 6 association trained (4 max), so 2 more of these AT players need to be dropped (from Spence, Davies, Gray, Maddison, Johnson and Solanke). Maddison plus one.

I think we might be able to reduce NHG to 16 and then have an extra Association Trained, not sure on the rules. So may be possible to drop Takai and Solomon and keep the AT trained players other than Maddison.
