If we’re really done in terms of incomings, we’re in trouble.

Vicario / Kinsky

Porro / Spence
Romero / Danso
VDV / Davies
Udogie

Palhinha / Gray
Sarr / Bergvall
Simons / Bentancur

Johnson / Odobert
Richarlison / Solanke (?)
Kudus / Tel

for atleast until the end of the year. Kulusevski be back by then.

Summed up:
  • Vuskovic loan will be a pain, because one of the both will definitely get injured somewhere in the season.
  • Atleast another youngster should have been kept in the squad, most likely Devine.
  • No natural back-up for Udogie and no natural back-up for VDV.
  • Johnson will continue to disappoint.

And in general this is a paper thin squad for a Champions League season.

So Matt Law say there is pretty much no chance of incomings he may be a raven who loves delivering bad news but he has adecent track record of being correct.
This is what he actually has written which is far less sensational than the aggregators are making it:

Tottenham head coach Thomas Frank suggested on Saturday that his club will not enter the market for a new striker on deadline day and the indications have been that he was not bluffing.

Yoane Wissa, who Frank managed at Brentford, and Kolo Muani are available today but it seems Spurs’ priorities are elsewhere.
Xavi Simons

Wilson Odobert was being linked with a move away on Sunday night, but it is more likely that Spurs work to find moves for Manor Solomon and Bryan Gil.

Frank also suggested he would like a new central defender, but finding one of the quality he is after who is prepared to play second fiddle to Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven has not proved easy.
