You forgot takai

Still no LB though, and I thought we needed a whole new mid after the end last season
Bentancur and bissouma just not great. And with both number 10s out long term, think we needed 2 of them

6 out of 10 window for me . Especially in the added context of being Europa cup winners and being in the CL
I think as stands 6/10 is about fair, again we are failing to take into account the effect that playing in Europe will have with such a small squad.

The glorious smell of some deadline day sin binnings is in the air.

Woolwich weren’t paying and defending Partey before Villarreal?

Have you met Chelsea fc?

Mason Greenwood started at Getafe after United and they took him before any of that has cleared up. I don’t even think he’d got back with his GF yet.

I don’t even know how many clubs hired Ribery and Benzema after they did what they did..,

The list goes on.

Di Canio used to do Nazi salutes. Not ambiguous either.

6 clubs then, ok cool.

So as I said a handful of clubs so you're agreeing with me, cheers lol

You mean how they spent lot of money, right?

And that is ALL that matters, right?

Cause we've got zero clue how well or unwell they will do. All we know is how much did they spend.
No, I mean bringing in 2 excellent strikers immediately to replace him as opposed to our approach which was to inexplicably wait a whole season before brining in 1 relatively mediocre striker.

That’s what I mean.

Signing Palhinha was a mistake. But eh, Bayern owed us cash so...

Not shifting Bentancur was another.

I'd much rather play Archie & Luke. They'd screw up, but I can dig that...they're kids who are still learning. And it's obvious they'd work much harder and show more passion.
No. Gray has absolutely not shown enough to assume he will be elite or close. He might be, but he’s miles off. One poor game for Pal (the rest of the team) does not change the fact th
Could quite easily have backfired.

Toffees took the gamble and atm are benefiting from it.

IMHO we are a bit risk averse post N’Dombele.
he is undoubtedly a quality player. And likely would have a point to prove. Every signing has risk, but this one looked like it had decent potential.

Carragher is the worst. Slams and links players to other clubs on sky. When liverpool players want to leave he goes on a meltdown. Used to be an everton fan as well. Flippant as fuck.

To be honest I don’t get all the hate for players wanting to leave. If they are shit no one mourns when they are sold even if they want to stay. If Romero wants out for example long as we get a proper price for him or he plays out his contract fair enough.

The only place I draw the line is a player going to a direct rival which is clearly insulting to the fans. Sol Campbell knew he was in the wrong, he could have gone United but he took a shit on the club.

So for me the whole Isak hate is overblown but equally Liverpool fans are in no position to say anything after how they treated Trent who even went abroad when he left.
