Out of Yildiz, Rayan, Diomande et al. Who is most prem ready? Diomande looks like a player who could be Semenyo+ but maybe 12-18months before his body is ready to take the power of repeated prem hits?

If you control our £150m, who realistically could we get?

Yildiz £50m + Dragusin?
Wharton £50m + Johnson (if Villa pay £35m that makes £85m and think Palace might well accept that)
Diomande £50m + Bissouma fee from Prem Team?

Would keep Dragusin if he trains well and seems a fit for this season at least, but seems to show we could manoeuvre some top quality into the team if we make the right moves (suspect only Diomande is possible, even him probably only a pre-agreement for summer).

Do think if we got a Yildiz/another and created a buzz by going straight for another top quality bracket player, the shift in perception from players and agents would be instant.

Exactly that …. Do I think he’s a world beater … not particularly but I think he’s a far better footballer than anything we currently have at the club. He’s prem proven the right age and we prob get him for a reasonable 30-40m

What he does is actually offer us the confidence to play through the middle.

Unlike most of our recent signings he improves us …. And we really need to start making signings that incrementally improve us

Yildiz would be double that i think.
 
Apparently Bayern have offered us Goretzka.

He’d be a good rotation player, but a) he’d be on mental wages and b) he’s apparently not the player he was. I’d take him, though, as long as he’s not given a long contract and his wages are around 175k. He currently earns 250k though…

lol what’s with all the Bayern rejects. They’ve seen us coming.

We sell them one of, if not, our greatest player and they’ve offset that by shifting us their unwanted players.
 
So we get Wharton, Alex Scott and Diomande and we sell Bentancour and Bissouma.

I'm not sure if that is possible. Wharton £70M, Scott £60M and Diomande £60M = £190M

Owners add £150M, We sell Bissouma £20M and Bentancour £30M = £ 200M

I might be too conservative in my calculations.
 
As if there are some on here asking us to go spend 80+ mil on that Diomande kid.
