I think ENIC may have made a mistake regarding Paratici's input for this window.
I will wait and see where we are at the end of the window but it is becoming clearer by the day that the fallout between ENIC and Daniel Levy is probably genuine and what we are (not) seeing in this window is tied up with Paratici's departure and the internal politics of the club.
Levy's overseen most of this mess so until all remnants of him are removed it will remain difficult to have an accurate opinion on how serious ENIC without Levy actually are.
Spurs need players and to win some games of football.
This season looks like a car crash though.
Unlike Eze, I hope this one does get hijacked though.
Sarr and Bergvall seem to give the ball away a lot too
It has always felt really wrong with his Chelsea links but lets try to rationalise it.
Right now we have
6: Palhinha
8: Gray, Sarr
Bentancur out for the season. Bergvall unknown.
Is Gallagher better than Gray and Sarr? Yes.
So basically we will run with a Palhina, Gallagher and Xavi midfield trio for the rest of the season.
I think a good manager could make something out of that but under Frank it will be uninspiring.
If we add another passing 6 or 8 then this Gallagher deal looks a lot better.

We keep talking like the managers position is precarious..
But this is signing for a team that prioritises running and athleticism over anything else. Might be a sign that they're more all in on the manager than we thought/hoped
