We better get our business done well and done early.

It's all well and good certain people getting an erection because BJ is leaving but we could have done with him off the bench tonight.

We have the crunch period right around the corner, CL and PL coming thick and fast plus the FA cup which is our only chance of a trophy. And the squad is weaker than Kier Starmers testosterone levels.

Get it done and show us you mean some business, you better not be thinking that just because you've gotten rid of the bald one that we are somehow appeased.

The natives are banging rocks together and somebody is going to get eaten.

Let's be real, this season is now about getting to 40 points as quick as we can and then forgetting it ever happened

We have zero chance of making anything more of it
 
Tricky, because we have Simons as a 10 who may come good with a striker running for him, Kulu and Madders who solves some of the glaring issues when they come back, plus Solanke.

With Solanke and Kulu back we are instantly stronger.

A senior version of Bergvall to let him and Gray develop; a decent LW and a better RB as Porro has really dropped off. LB, I guess, too.

Oh, dear, quite a shopping list.

I dunno about that, if we got some players back or signed a couple of quality players we could salvage it. The league is shit look at the Liverpool side in 4th, they are shite. Man Utd and Chelsea both wank.

Gotta take it by the short and curlues and get it all done in the next couple of weeks though instead of doing the usual fucking around in the bargain bins.

Solanke is really not a good forward. Dear Christ, how the fuck did we pay 60 odd million for him. I'd rather see Scarlett get the minutes

He can at least hold the ball up and is mobile. He’s not the best in the league by a long shot, but an improvement on what we have - and another option.

Scarlett needs time to develop, and then we’ll know. Seems a bit heavy-set for a Prem CF, but I haven’t seen him for a while so that might just be a dodgy memory!

I agree, the is enough chaos above us that we could do a Theresa May and step right through the bumbling idiots without anyone seeing us coming. It would require bold transfer market action now and a string of decent performances (our next handful of games are winable).

Alas, we are a club if cunts and we'll grab a point a game on average for the next month while wringing our hands over dogshit buy now pay later squad depth deals

Of course as a coach you can make players better. But you can't make average players into title challenging players.

I'd say he's doing par with what he currently has at his disposal.

Its all well and good saying "Attack Attack Attack" and "Boring Boring Tottenham" But he had fuck all creativity available tonight.

No Xavi, No Bergvall. He didn't even have BJ to bring on to try and pinch a goal because the club is more worried about £££ than results.

You got three players up front totally isolated with nobody capable of playing a forward pass behind them.

I'm not sure what he could have done.

Judge him when he gets Kulu and Madders back and hopefully some attacking signings.

He chose not to play Kudus 10 who plays there for his country and wants to play 10.

He chose Gray at 10 instead of World Cup finalist Kolo Muani on the RW where he likes playing. He could have played Tel as an attacking player and Kudus in the 10 as well.

He chooses not to send bodies forward to give the attacking players options to look better. Hes throwing our attacking players under the bus with these game plans

See my post on Kudos. He's a busted flush.

But even if he does that he then has to play Tel at RW and he would get slated for that as well. As Tel is garbage.
And Muani hasn't shown anything apart from a "fuck you" cameo against the club that owns him.

If he had what I consider good attacking players at his disposal and still insisted on playing like this I'll join you in jumping on him. But right now its sauce for the goose.
