Great mew era of ambition being shown so far.

Think the fact that Frank still has a job shows it's business as usual.

A real ambitious club would find the football, the league position and the squad quality unacceptable and look to rectify all 3 swiftly

Same old Enic shite . When we lose to villa ideally the crowd send harness their anger not towards Frank as he's really just an unfortunate Nuno hire. But towards the slaphead gooner who unfortunately for him is the closest Enic target right now

The players aren't bad and Frank isn't bad, but there is an issue of compatibility.
Semi-agree, aside from the players aren't bad part...

They absolutely are, not in totality, but on the whole they definitely are. At the very least they are birdbrained beyond belief. They sulked over the sacking of a manager that took us to 17th in the league, for him to retain their support after that then they either must acknowledge that they themselves are bloody rubbish, or they're so thick that they expect the club and fanbase to stick with a useless manager.

Now they're all sulking over the sale of Brennan Johnson on social media, a player so tragically useless that nobody sees any redeeming features in him even when he bags 17 goals in a season.

By all means be sad to see a mate leave the workplace, but for crying out loud keep the mewing and mawking between yourselves, they're taking the club and the fanbase for an absolute ride, they really think they should just be left to enjoy living their best lives with a useless manager and useless squad mates for eternity with nobody forcing any change as they repeatedly produce less than f-all on the pitch???

Until they decide that they "need" Champions League football of course, then they'll no doubt sulk and down tools (ha!) in order to get the move they deserve.

Not a single on of them is anywhere near as good as they believe themselves to be, they're absolute morons who seem surprised at each defeat, any one of use fans could put two and two together for you lads, you don't score and you rarely defend well enough to merit a clean sheet, you're not gonna win many!

That's your take mate.

I don't think players walk into the club and get swept up by this pervasive and negative culture.

I don't think they are bad players and I think any issues can be fixed with the right direction and stronger management.

Social media is the curse of the modern world.

Another mid level French winger. Who looks about 10 stone soaking wet in the most physical league in the world.

If the club felt Levy's continued presence was a stumbling block to progress then it must be seen to be doing things not just differently but objectively better.

Now I don't know what better necessarily means and it's always an assessment for the future, but if nothing changes why change it.

It was never going to change though.
Just look at what the club is being linked with, a teenage LB from Brazil, Paqueta, winger from French league.
None of them are statement signings at least, not a statement of any intent other than water treading.

Looks like its not as easy as they thought it would be

For all their talk, its even more of a mess than ever at the moment

Yeah, sacking Frank would be the easy way out. He is the latest scapegoat for their dreadful squad building.

Improving the squad actually shows ambition, but we won't.

I'm really not sure what part you disagree on, the players overall are bad, if they weren't then we wouldn't be lingering around the 17-12 place positions in the league.

However many good attributes you can point to in our players, there are way more negative ones that completely outweigh them, and I think more importantly than any physical or technical issue is the severe lack of any brainpower whatsoever.

Our club captain is an absolute halfwit, and I honestly think the "half" might be being generous to him!

:romeroshock:

Prime example he is, he's a terrible defender. A "good" footballer, but not good enough to actually play in any of the other positions on the pitch, but a poor defender, who might have a 9/10 performance every 5 or 6 games, but balances that our by being a 3/10 with much greater consistency.

Everyone fully fit and on the top of their game and the ceiling for this squad would be very high, but the floor for them when everything isn't in their favour, is genuinely relegation level.

Which might also mean there won't be a hasty decision made on Frank.
I hope to hell its not the case. Getting rid of Frank, on his showing, is anything but hasty

Amorim must be utterly relieved. He never looked at ease. Neither does Frank.

Agreed. Wondering if his comments the other day were a bit Conte-esque, designed to get this result...

He has looked completely incompetent there, much like Frank here. Much like Frank, I dont think thats really the case, its more about wrong person/wrong club

All good mate.

I disagree because I'm not you but no issue and my view might not be right, but it's my view.

Thought with Johnson being sold early doors we had a replacement we were waiting to pull the trigger on.

This Club is utterly useless at the moment. Just incompetency everywhere you fucking look.

And just like that a few minutes later man united who are performing at a higher level then us go and prove my rant correct

Fuck right off ENIC

A lot of talk on SC that we are in seriously for Paqueta.

Trix is saying that Frank is pushing for him big time, but FP is pushing back.

He says that whether we sign Paqueta this window will be a big sign on whether we are backing Frank or not.

I think this would be a terrible move. A 28/29 year old coming in. I am sorry, I don't like Frank's targets. I don't thinbk Paqueta is a bad player, but is he really what we need?

Sack the fucker please.

Basically what he will do and sign for if he's at Brentford.

Paqueta doesnt make any sense for us - and least of all Frank

How would he use him? He's not a Frank player.

Tottenham are set POUNCE on Manchester United's DISARRAY with a potential SWOOP for ex-coach Ruben Amorim and want-away Defender Harry Maguire.

Interest is also being shown in disaffected attacker Joshua Zirkzee with reports that Spurs are willing to break their Wage protocol to make the Dutchman their highest paid player.
