I would say definitely at CM or wing. I assume what they may mean it’s harder without spending half decent money. We are looking for bargains that aren’t around, get the best economic value.
Looking for economical value just shows that, enic are not serious for people.
If they wanted the team to be the best they would be going out trying to recruit it.

in typical Spurs fashion, it's probably now more likely that Lewis's want to spend but because we've fallen so far, we are no longer an attractive proposition for the better players / and clubs also don't want to sell their best players in January.
For example, there's no doubt we would have signed Semenyo this window, but he didn't want us. I'd imagine the same goes for Guehi etc We just can't attract these types of players.
What we need to do is sign a Guimeres from France, that type of player, before they explode. But we are shit at that.
The sickening thing is, there was a time when we were arguably a more attractive destination than Woolwich and Liverpool, under Poch, and that cunt Levy wouldn't spend.
Now, we are happier to spend but don't have the appeal.
