As I said before I don't really think he's a bad player, he's got his limitations but I'll take him over Bentancur any day of the week.

Remains to be seen what Frank gets out of him but I'd wager he'd be the type of player that we'd be annoyed about missing out on if he went to Villa and Emry got a tune out of him

I actually like Gallagher as a player, i think he will improve us greatly.

Against the grain I know but I think we take a step forward with gim in the team and thats as good as its getting right now.

Id really like us to get alonso as coach as a matter.of urgency

Is Gallagher any good? I remember him being good at the Chavs and broke into England team. However Chavs had to sell him because he was home grown and helped their PSR. But I can't work out why Athetico don't want him anymore. Also, not sure what sort of player he really is. I remember him being a bit of an all rounder... maybe he just wants to return to London and push his World Cup claims.

Reckon McGinn's one of those guys Emre gets absolutely everything out of. Put him in this Spurs team and he'd just look like a fat-arsed chancer.

I think Gallagher's a better player - no way Simeone signs McGinn for Atletico.

SausageVince SausageVince used to sing the praises of McGinn weellll back in the day before anyone knew who he was (outside of scottish football anyway) IIRC

He looks like a badly drawn Hugo Lloris, but he's a decent footballer

He was good at Palace.

Atletico just got him in as part of a dodgy Chelsea FFP deal that mean they could get some decent money back on Joao Felix. Was probably worth a go to see if they could profit on him with HG-PL tax (like german clubs are good at).

For conor, Chelsea would probably have never sold him to another PL side so this was his proxy

Come on you so called directors of football, just go and get the best passing number 6 i.e. in my humble opinion Mr. Adam Wharton, could cost £80m, so what , but over the length of the contract he would be totally worth it. The team then could look like this: Vic, Spence, Romero, VDV, Destiny/Robinson(from Fulham), Wharton, Gallagher/Palinha, Tel, Xavi, Odobert, Muani/Solanke(4-2-3-1). Sarr, Gray, Bergval to cover the midfield, Porro to cover RB, Danso to cover CB. I would play Tel and Odobert permanently and tell them so and I think you would see them improve drastically and give Kudus something to think about when he is fit, just give them that confidence that they’re in. I think this team could be good to watch from my seat in the north stand.
