Not seen much of oscar bobb since his injury return?
I thought his stock was quite high and was a player recieving alot of hype. Has he not returned to his pre leg break form or level.

My point is about philosophy and structure, it doesn't matter who our DOF is, Lange, Paratici, Campos, Freedman etc...any DOF that comes in and actually does their job properly ought to be setting up a structure and centreing around their recruitment of players and coach.

And on your point though until we sack Lange (there's not guarantees we will) the idea you're presenting here wishful thinking. Lange could be here for another 2-3 years for what we know. In an ideal world I'd get rid of him and bring in a DOF suited to what I am wishing for but it's what it is at the moment, we need to work with what we have.

Who of all these great footballing minds who are higher up would you trust to sign players based on a strategy? Get Viv down to run it? Sound.

If the club have any brains at all and are even semi aware of what fans think, they want the recruitment team torn to shreds. Doing this is a very easy win. I'd put money on that happening.

Buying now to chase a lost season is just a waste of everyone's time.
