Madders, although now on grass is not going to be premier league fit until next season.

Deki my not okay again this season and until I see otherwise, we need to consider he could well be done.

A proper club would replace them and worry about too many numbers 10s later. We have to worry about the now.

It's why Akliouche makes most sense..... Thin in both his positions.

Ditto Marmoush.

And then take both, if they stay healthy, another full season to get close to the levels they were before injury. They’re not just gonna magically bounce back into form.

Pep is always reported to be willing to let players leave who want to go

But he always seems to dangle a player out there to get clubs wasting time as well, without the deal happening...

2019: We are coming off a UCL final and Top 4 qualification, time for Spurs to show ambition and build off of this. 6 months later manager is sacked and squad is in shambles.

2020: We have an elite manager and an opportunity in a winnable European tournament, time for Spurs to show ambition and build off this. 10 months later the manager is sacked before a final and the squad is in shambles.

2022: We have an elite manager and Top 4 qualification, time for Spurs to show ambition and build off this. 10 months later the manager leaves in disgrace and the squad is in shambles.

2024: We have a promising and fresh manager and an opportunity in a winnable European tournament, time for Spurs to show ambition and build off this. 12 months later we finish 17th, the manager is sacked, and the squad is in shambles.

2025: We are coming off a major European trophy and an (albeit quite lucky) UCL qualification, time for Spurs to show ambition and build off this. 8 months later we are in 17th again and the board is wank and squad is in shambles.

Do we actually think anything will be different this time?

When you hire an absolute donkey of a manger you’re gonna get linked to shit players. Frank came in saying he was gonna improve the young players, now he’s under pressure he’s desperate for seasoned pros who can game manage themselves without his useless instructions.

It’s such a mess.
I'll never get the mentality of people who make up scenarios in their head and then get mad about them.

He’ll likely wait until after the weekend’s game, then green light the move to us rather than Villa. We’re not a direct threat to City, and strengthening us actually helps them by making us more capable of taking points off their rivals.

It would be so typical and complete malpractice if this club doesn’t act “because we have Kulu and Maddison”.
Completely disagree... we aren't getting fucking relegated. Yeah it's not good right now but come on, we need 3 wins. We might not get them in Feb although I wager Newcastle will be on the bones of their ass by the time they visit us... but we still have Palace, Forest, Brighton, Leeds and Everton to play at home... if we can't find 9 points from that lot plus Wolves away then we deserve to be relegated. You can't just buy for today. You have to think about what next season looks like. No European football means we don't need a massive squad. Certainly not 4 players for every position. I am probably alone but unless the player is one of the best in his positions in world football then not interested.
