Well the team returned back to league 1 the following season, after that the early 80s produced great moments and should have gone on to do more.
We are on our knees. We get another 1 or 2 injuries and a couple of suspensions and it’s leading us into a relegation battle. For as much as I despise our manager the owners have basically said “fuck you Thomas” and thrown him under the bus.
We are in the last 16 of the champions league and for no ambition to be shown to try progress beyond that is criminal.
