He'll most likely get the season now unless we manage to not win at least one of the next two.

Fully expect him to be sacked in June, barring a very big turn around though.

The Gallagher transfer and Poch coming straight in and making him captain is something I can see happening.

Thomas Frank made a personal call to Conor Gallagher to convince the midfielder to join Tottenham Hotspur and not hold out for a move to Aston Villa.

Villa had considered themselves frontrunners to sign Gallagher on an initial loan for much of Monday until Spurs moved the goalposts significantly by agreeing a £34.6m fee with Atletico Madrid.

Frank, the club’s head coach, helped clinch the deal for Tottenham by speaking to Gallagher personally and convincing him the move was right, despite the team’s struggles this season.

While Spurs are in the bottom half of the Premier League and out of both domestic cups, Frank is thought to have shared his and Tottenham’s long-term vision, which will be reflected in a lengthy contract.

The fact Frank played such a big part in the signing of Gallagher would underline the insistence of Spurs insiders that he retains the faith of the club’s Lewis family owners and chief executive Vinai Venkatesham.

Said it in the other thread but this makes Frank the most backed manager we've ever had. High wage, high transfer fee players in their mid to late 20's.

Maybe Connor really likes LEGO as well.
Probably told him how he's gonna be very, very, very, very, very, very important to our future.

And listed all the positives we've had from day one this season.

"Did you know we only lost to PSG in the Supercup on pens? Then we scored 3 goals at their gaff in the CL. Also we deserved far more than 5 points in the previous 5 games."

"Listen Connor, we've never had 2 bad performances in a row, and we really do win a lot of duels. Our set piece coach even worked for Man UTD once and you'll get to have a crack at taking long throws. The fans are cunts, though."
