However, in other news, City lost at Bodo midweek and Liverpool are nearly as bad as us (losing at B’mouth as I type) - maybe this league and football is just a load tighter than anything we’ve seen before and this is the new order - a few points here and there making a difference? Moneyball.
 
Everyone knows we're getting very few points in the next four games with Frank.

At least give the new guy a few games to attempt to do better.

The board could see us relegated if they don't act now.

He just, rightly, pointed out that the last two matches have been significantly better than anything we've produced this season. And he's right. We would have killed for 18 shots 11 on target for an xG of 2.29 at any fucking stage of this year - even early when we were winning and Think Tank was giving it large.

If anything it's a hopeful sign that an Interim will have something to work with - let alone a new manager in Summer.

100%. Today we played like Tottenham teams should play and were unlucky with the result. And would have been typical spurs to dominate a game and lose a anyway. But we were actually on the front foot and looked like scoring all game!

But where was this all season? The damage has been done! Plus its far more likely that the players are just ignoring Frank at this stage and doing their own thing. Or that Heitinga is calling the shots. Or that Frank has been told to attack and stop the pragmatic stuff and he's reluctantly doing that. Either way we've seen an improvement the past 2 games and seen a totally different approach which is refreshing.

But Frank clearly isn't the man. Even though he's coached the last 2 games, it's clear that this isn't and hasn't been his philosophy all season so we may aswell get a manager in who can coach this type of football weekly.

Dem mun needs to Oreshnik or Greenland the club and start again.
Make it a wasteland and call it peace if you must but we cant go on like this....
