There hasn't been any reports on his future from any half credible journalists since full time, has it? Should've heard something about it by now I feel. We're probably stuck him for a while still. It's genuinely self sabotage by the useless cunts in our board.
We have a Gooner for CEO. Of course it's self-sabotage. We need that greasy cunt out before Frank. Honestly, if Levy was still in charge, there'd be 99% of us asking for his head. Why the fuck are we letting that Vinnie cunt off the hook?!?!

The board are behaving negligently now.

So stubborn and won't accept they've made the wrong decision over Frank.

The active decision to keep him on is to the detriment of the Club.

You have to ask are they fit and proper to be making these decisions now?

The fans are the Club, and every single one of us wants him gone

Some honesty. Some clarity. The truth.

It's complex of course because we can look at Liverpool who just took a point from their 2 games against Bournemouth and Burnley, and say but look at them. Except no.

Let's look at us.

Frank can't make this work and you make a judgement call for better or worse. Delaying matters is pure cowardice, and much as I think it's fair to say the players haven't collectively deserted Frank, that is a world of difference between a willingness to run through walls.

Only the board know what it will take to bsck or sack, but this is way past excruciating.
If it's all about backing the manager with time then we may as well have hired a manager from League Two and given him enough time like Arteta if that's the issue.

The board seem to be thinking of a few instances when managers have started poorly and come good with time, but those are the rarities, most managers who fail in their first season at a club don't recover.

Alex Ferguson had done a magnificent job with Aberdeen to warrant being given more time than most would have got at Manchester United, and Klopp did very well at Dortmund winning the double, getting to the CL final, playing attractive and exciting football.

So the only one I can think of that has been given time with no previous achievements is Arteta, but that's an exception, and that exception (according to Frank's gooner match press conference) is what the club is using as a pathway to success.

I’m mega frustrated here. It’s clear as fucking day Frank needs to go.

However I’m sure the board must be aware of it and are probably talking to candidates and thinking things through. I think the big issue is that they seem to have this idea that Frank is better than other options. Whereas the rest of us are pretty clear he will get us relegated if they don’t intervene. The appointment of the new 2nd in command who is now getting the players he knows probably says that he is the back up plan for when they pull the trigger.

I just hope it happens sooner rather than later as it’s woeful at the moment.

Every fan knows how to get the board to deal with the situation though. Just stop turning up. 20k seats and lost bar and shop revenue and they would tie him to a rocket. We just keep turning up though. Like absolute masochists

They've been poorly coached for 3 seasons

Let's get them a proper coach, see how that goes

I suspect if we do the squad won't need a full rebuild all of a sudden
We were told in the summer that Frank was a great coach. Fucking hopeless. Get someone in who instantly gains respect first and coach from there. Players need an environment which they enjoy and this lot obviously aren’t. It’s fine lines in football and a new face who they look up to can take these players up 30/40%. There’s ability there but they are fragile confidence wise and need to play for someone who is not risk free.
I dislike this team so much but I feel there is so much more in them that we are not going to see under this manager. It has to end tomorrow or come the 23rd of February we will be 2 wins in 18 and in a relegation battle.

Ange is deffo better than Sherwood, Gross, Santini or Ramos.

Greek Aussie was Woeful overall but the high moments under him were absolutely sensational. I still haven’t had a single dopamine hit under Frank. Even Nuno had that opening day win over Citeh ffs.
Didn't Nuno win manager of the month. Frank got no where near that lol. The Greek had 12 games and then it was down deeper and down but Frank just Flat lined. Santini never got started Sherwood is weird he had a odd win percentage that's bizzarely high. Honestly feel like the last competent coach was pre bereavement Conte the other since should NEVER have got the job.

It’s pure insanity. Bunch of baboons in charge. Do things really need to get toxic in the stands, before they realise …

One other "since" got 5th in first season then won a European Trophy and made semi-finals of a domestic cup in his second season - despite an unprecedented injury crisis.

I'm glad that guy got the job.

I warned you that getting rid of him wasn't going to magically make us "fly up the ladder" like you promised. I was proved right. you were proved wrong.

Want to apologise to all the people you bullied last season?

The pieces are certainly moving into place to make things look that way.

It feels like whatever the club do next about the manager situation will be a big risk. if it is Heitinga who takes over from Frank when he's sacked, there's no reason to think he'll be any better, except that he's been a professional footballer himself and may find it easier to relate to the players.
