This is how ENIC wins. This is how they get away with Solanke and Gray as our signings two years ago. The window that set us up for this colossal catastrophe.
So Poetecogou didn't want Solanke?

Explaining Spurs' choice, Postecoglou said: 'We looked at him, but the reality was that Dom [Solanke] is the one that I wanted. It took the whole summer to get him in, but he was the one that fitted the profile that we wanted.'

Solanke was a decent buy. And a necessary one.

But we needed so much more in that Summer. That's the point.

Was hoping to see a photo of a corner flag this morning but ho hum

Never take responsibility. Never accept reality. Just more abuse and gaslighting.

This is how ENIC wins.
I don't get it sorry, Ange didn't get sacked because of the fans, Frank wasn't appointed because of the fans, Frank isn't still in a job because of the fans.

What responsibility are the fans meant to take here exactly? If we were nicer to each other on TFC then Ange would still be here and running away with the league?

He still offers more than Palinha, who is absolutely dreadful. And Bentancur had a few good games towards the end of last season.

I just said I was mistaken sweetheart. Take a seat, breathe in through your nose, hold it for 5 seconds, and out through your mouth. Do that a few times and you'l feel better 🙂
No, I said to slow your breathing down.

Please tell me how I can possibly slow my breathing down when you say utter shite like this?

The whole Ange entertaining attacking football thing is a bit of a myth

We were awful to watch for many of our games under him

Sure , we'd have players high up the pitch , but it was rarely entertaining football
TBF the first 10 or so games were very good , we got some lucky results sure but that game against Chelsea just before the second goal got ruled out by VAR, for a split second I actually thought we were going to win everything , however it soon went to shit and it was always “wait till we get players back” ultimately it never worked out like that however we did win a trophy so I’ll always be grateful for that , I also liked the way Ange spoke us up as a club , probably why the media hated him so much and even though it was the right decision for him to go , as bad as he was , if he had stayed on and had the defender available that Frank has then we wouldn’t be talking about relegation.

It's got nothing to do with Ange In or Out ffs. It's about the abuse and bullying that went on - simply for supporting the manager of Tottenham Hotspur.

They justified it by declaring we'd fly up the table with a new manager. Even if we had it wouldn't have justified their abuse and bullying but considering where we are at it would be nice if they showed some remorse.

There’s talk of £5m for Robertson , it’s fucking pathetic . I’m not against him but all the talk from ENIC 2.0 of ambition etc is just bollocks

I've said it before. when there's a change at the top of a company, the new heads, usually come out with the same old stuff ''improved communication''......''listening and supporting'' ...... ''ways of increasing revenue'''.......

Once they've finished making those announcements everyone just goes back to whatever they were doing and either forgets about or ignores what was said.

I've begrudgingly given them the transfer window before deciding if they're just following the same old standards, which they seem to be doing, the only difference to transfer policy seemingly being that Simons joined the club on £200,000 per week.

So why did the team regress from his first season regarding league position and performances?

If it's about injuries then the summer transfer window can't be blamed because he would have started the 2nd season with an improved squad, no?

They weren't.
Even then we struggled to break 9 man Liverpool and bottom dwellers Sheffield United down.
Under Ange we just passed for passing sake. Often around the outside of the box. We also rarely ever broke with any speed, so we almost always allowed teams to get back in their shape.

Eh? If you can't see that we needed more than Solanke and Gray in a summer leading into Europe and playing twice a week - and if you can't see the catastrophic effect of that transfer window still being felt today - I don't know what to tell you. 🤷‍♂️

The real worry about how our decline is from the top with Joe Lewis gone and levy gone now it's almost like these people who have taken charge have no idea what they are doing or the size of the football club they have taken on. I literally have no Idea who is in charge of things going on. It seems like a bunch of men and women who have no idea about football
