A small number of us were very very consistent on Frank from quite early, not because he is a poor manager but because he was not the right fit and the messaging that came across from him was all wrong.
The powers that be, who were far too cosy with him failed, failed, failed, but they were not alone in wanting to give him another game, and then another game......
Even with De Zerbi, there has to be/must be a number of successive defeats or objective lack of cohesiveness that demands action. No manager of ours should ever be confortable overseeing sh!t. Much like Rosenior right now.
To not even say Frank's position was under consideration or giving the bloke the dreaded vote of confidence, meant Frank just drove us to the cliff's edge.
Frank will be erased from the memory and never ever manage a big club again, and rightly so.
