Yes he needs a fair crack, (yes guess it) But for me its down to the teams he put's out in games, its not just about what they do in training, its also about watching videos of old of last few seasons ans seeing how the second 11 players perform when given a chance
That's where I went right off Nuno with in the first few games, he put out a team with many second 11 players (first EL or EC game in portugal ) who never had put any effort in when given first team chances in other seasons
