You seem more excited today than you did after Bilbao. Has to be the most posts I’ve ever seen from you. If you are happy than that’s something.

I’m not going to hide it, I’m a bit gutted because I felt like we’d broken the mould and I could see this squad and manager having the belief in other to win more things together.

There’s nothing about Frank that gives me the impression this club has any real ambition to build on this. I think Levy has finally got his “data led” wet dream with a coach happy to work with cheap punts and youngsters because the spreadsheet thinks they can get on first base.
 
I really hope it's not Frank. If it is though, I will support him and fervently hope that my fear he is not up to the task of delivering for us, is ill founded.

Frank has won something. Infact, he has won something very very big.

His team did qualify for playoff , scoring the most number of goals in league
Then he did take his team through a semi final tie playoff and won the all important final

There is no bigger game than the championship playoffs - its the biggest game of Brentford. Its biggest game of all the 4 clubs that entered it. They go for the blood, no easy way out and winner takes all.

He failed in his first attempt and won in his 2nd attempt

What more are you expecting ? That win game Brentford their place in PL and he has elevated them again by not even being in conversation for relegation. All for a team with no academy and paying 2nd least wages.

What did he win? The Championship? Nope, he finished 3rd with one of the best squads in recent years of that division

If they were angry with anyone about Ange's sacking at all, they should be angry with themselves for being so poor for 18 months that the club couldn't possibly keep him.

They'll spend their holidays thinking whatever they like, and when training begins they'll all be back to collect their wages and compete for minutes in the best league on earth and in the CL.

There was a game towards the end of the season where Maddison was kicking off next to Son on the bench due to Ange’s one dimensional style of football.

Ange won Europa but got us near relegation status. I can also bet you that we won't be near relegation. I'd take that bet. lol

Its just laughable to see everything in a statistical manner...
He won the biggest 3 pressure game of all after a gruelling 46 game season.

Yeah, its 3rd, but in name only. But otherwise, for a club with 17000 spectators thats everything.

What do you even mean by winner, anyway ? Just winning a final ?

For me, its about winning against odds , showing stronger skillset under the biggest pressure
 
I've watched a few of these videos and he's winning me around.

I will always support any Spurs manager.

Let's hope he turns out to be a positive appointment and takes us up a few levels.

Prob announce Silva now and I'll be gutted again...
 
Well if it is Frank and he wins his first game in charge he will already have as many European trophies as Ange.
Much rather Glasner as been a fan of his since Frankfurt and probably would be intrigued to see how Xavi would do with the younger players in the squad.
