Such good news. Dont think its coincidence that the managers that have come with all their tried and tested backroom staff over recent years were Redknapp, Poch and Conte. The others seemed very cobbled together.

A big plus to have an assistant that Frank trusts but also has experience of working at Spurs and knows what it means. One of my question marks regarding Frank has been if he can take the big step from a rather small club like Brentford (with all due respect) to one of the biggest clubs in the country. Feel like Cochrane could probably help in that regard.
