First, thanks for being the guy to save us from Ange.

Second, some leeway as you’ve had to inherit his mess. Just seeing some actual coaching and some intelligence in post match interviews will be a relief.

There have been a library full of absurd, false claims about Ange on this board in the last month.

The idea that he didn't leave the club in a better state than he found it would be the falsest and most absurd by a mile.

We are SOOOOOOO much better off. So much better off that we couldn't just accept Ange's weaknesses going forward.

17th. We are worse compared to our peers than we have been in how long? We will not be favourites to finish ahead of Newcastle, Villa etc. I imagine our league prediction for pundits will be 8th or lower - where was it pre Angeloss?

Facts don’t matter to you lot though so why bother.

And there are people that deserve credit beyond just Ange himself, but we were in an extraordinarily toxic and vulnerable position when he took over.

The comical ease in improving upon that position makes the situation EASIER, not harder.

Lol what twisted logic. Ange has left us better than he found us because we were so bad under him it could only improve?

Done arguing with the cultists, Jesus. 22 losses and only not in a relegation fight due to the horrific state of the bottom 3 ffs.

Frank will do well to stabilise us again - before Ange the target was top 4, now it’ll be top 8 due to rivals accelerating past us.
