It would be almost the exact same. The EL doesn’t help Frank at all. It was a random cup win, it wasn’t built on any stability or quality, as the league table showed. Lots of clubs have won the EL and done FUCK ALL with it because it’s the Europa League FFS !!
It makes it easier in terms of less pressure to win something but that’s IT. It doesn’t help him this coming season at all.

Losing AGAINST OUR PEERS weekly (22 times) and getting past that terrible culture of accepting that as OK has NOTHING to do with beating up on Bodo Glimt and AZ and beating the team right there next to us in the Prem.

Footballers, especially young, inexperienced ones need to know exactly what is expected of them, they need to know their job when XY is happening on the pitch. Point! They need to be coached properly. Ange failed at this, this is why we saw so many disjointed performances and lost so many games in The EPL and scraped through the EL rounds, mostly, and all the "coaching they got in the final, was to remain behind the ball and defend for your lives once our 2nd? , or was it our only effort on goal went in.
Ange Postacoglou was a very poor Premier League coach, he relied on "gusto" to win the day! Well you need nous as well.
This is something Frank will bring and I'm 100% certain we will see a massive improvement in individual players and therefore results.

There are other threads to talk about the past. This is Frank’s thread and the future. The only people that now matter who may not be happy are the players. Romero apparently tweeted a positive Ange comment this evening. He is one of our best players and that may be a signal he will leave. As Son should no longer be a definite starter he should no longer be Captain and Frank should offer it to Romero to see if that persuades him to stay. I expect the rest will fall in line.
