Tasty firm I here!

Yes we go to Lincoln regularly and occasionally get to watch the Red Arrows on the way up!

Along with a few hundred anoraks!
Yeah Lincoln is cool
Red Arrows wtf and the anoraks, yeah bless em
Honestly I'm not judging those poor souls at Waddington
Cheees mate

This will be my 5th attempt I think with every one falling at the last hurdle and in this country we all have to incur legal fees unlike Scotland where I used to live!

IM roughly £10k down so far!

No but that’s when the Meds will kick in and the two don’t mix

I gave a drink when I cook between 6-7 and that’s it unfortunately

Are still dry?

The quiz team takes 4 so you could join and specialise in ‘smuggling sandwiches into football stadia undetected’!!

I vote CarrieFi CarrieFi as Captain so that she can keep us in line!
You won't regret drafting me onto the team. I'm bloody clever.

I’m moving to Holbeach hopefully near Spalding

Solicitors are dragging things out though!

This was all agreed on 8 April
No chains either side
House I’m buying has been empty for over a year while probate had gone through and I have 1st time buyers with a lovely couple who had to get out of Hong Kong sharpish!
They offered full asking so I’m leaving most of my furniture including smart tv and cinema sound system as I want to upgrade!
Good luck with the move :frankthumbs:

Is he in the team? I missed that one. Oh well, every quiz team needs a mascot.

He says that he’ll field all the female wrestling questions!

Bound to be loads…..

It's that time of the preseason when our fresh out of nursery sub goalie is better than our Italian international goalkeeper.

Kinski is much better with his feet but fundamentally I think Vicario saves a good 40% of the goals Kinski let in last season. Good prospect but Vic is just much much better at saving shots currently.:nare:

Kinsky is not ready. I want to see Vic under Frank, as I suspect Angeball was particularly exposing for keepers in general (Forster fared even worse), and his distribution may look better under Frank.

GK stats are not straightforward, but here Vic is 78th centile for shot stopping, but only 8th for long passes, 4th for short:

Jermain Defoe reveals big Thomas Frank and Justin Cochrane insight

Defoe admits that he is over the moon that Spurs have decided to hire Frank, revealing that the Dane was his number one choice to replace Ange Postecoglou.

The Tottenham legend also revealed that he had a chance to watch how Frank and Cochrane go about their work up close, confessing that he was very impressed with their messaging and communication.

When asked if the Danish coach is the right appointment for Spurs, Defoe told talkSPORT: “100%. And that’s the one I wanted to be honest. That’s the one. I thought if we can get Thomas Frank be amazing because I went in last season. Obviously, I know Justin Cochrane who looks like he’s he’s going to he’s going to come with Thomas Frank.

“He started at Tottenham just before he went to United. Unbelievable coach by the way. I remember I got invited in. So, I went in for the day and when I went in, I just thought I’ll just sort of like be on the side of the pitch. I watch training.

“He said to me, ‘No, come in the meeting’. So I come to the meeting and listen to all these coaching points. They were really clear messages. And then after I sort of like watched the training sessions, I listened to his coaching points and where we stood when he coached and the way he sort of like drives the sessions, the way he connects with people which is also important.

“After training, I sat down with him, it’s just that you know that people skills and just tried to pick his brain a little bit but really nice guy. He’s a top coach, top man.”

...but Vicario's appalling distribution has led to goals being conceded and given opposition attackers confidence, so it's at least a case of 'swings & roundabouts'. Personally, I think he's a liability whose presence puts pressure on the team.

This season won't be Ange Ball, Frank seems to understand limitations on individual players rather than forcing a blanket system on them. Think fundamentally Vicario isn't that poor with his feet, it's just massively over emphasized when we played the way we did. Also think he's one of the best shot stopping goalkeepers in the league and the neverending corner kick fright seems to have gone.

I think I've not made my sarcasm in the original post not very obvious :frankconfused:sorry.
