I wonder who the guy dressed in black he brought with him is?

Chris Haslam

From the Athletic

Haslam is one of Frank’s most trusted allies. He spent over a decade at Brentford across two different spells and was there for the entirety of Frank’s reign. Haslam’s role covered physical performance and sports science. He would be in constant communication with Frank on a match day and suggested substitutions. He often acted as a liaison between Frank and the fourth official. He also worked with Denmark at last summer’s European Championship.

The more I see and hear of Frank, the more it struck me....

If Ange was the equivalent of our Primary School P.E teacher, then Frank is the Secondary school professor....

Nothing against Ange, he did his job to the best of his ability, served us well.... We'll always have fond memories of 'that one teacher who inspired us' ...

But we're moving up to BIG BOYS' school now... That's all!

The rumour is that Brentford might be on the point of promoting their set-piece coach, Keith Andrews, as TF's replacement. As Frank also got the Brentford gig as a promotion, you can't doubt that the owners know what they're doing. Hopefully he'll be a dismal failure (Andrews, not TF) :)

Frank is a pragmatist. He is known for tailoring his tactics to the opposition, so there's bound to be an amount of 'Ange Overlap' at some points during the season, where he feels an 'Angeball' approach is the best approach. However, you'll never hear him say, "Sod the oppo, mate. Cough. We are who we are." He's much better than that.
He's also an accomplished diplomat - he knows what Spurs want to hear, so already he's made sure to slip the old 'to dare is to do' style message into interviews.
I just hope the job doesn't overwhelm him, as it has with other world-class coaches. If he can keep his feet on the ground and his head in the stars he could end up with a statue.
I will take an Aussie over a Dane any day of the week- mate!

So Ange is Sister Mary Anne Joseph, right?
