He did the.same.at Brentford......saw a Sky interview following him around for a.day and he said he leaves all the training to the coaches whilst he stays in the office and comes out occasionally to see what's happening

Seems to be that's how its done these days..the Manager communicates his vision of how he wants to play, the coaches implement it coaching the players, or they are supposed to.
Not just in football but in most team sports now. Basketball has a similar setup with how modern coaching works.
And if the head coach has a specific area of expertise I'm sure that he'd be more directly involved in coaching that part.
Have to admit I was laughing when people were saying they expected Frank to be any different to Ange on this.
Head Coaches need to observe more and let their coaches coach.
People will be in for a few other shocks I think.
Starting with the medical team. Let’s hope they have finished recruiting a competent medical team or Frank’s system will also miraculously start to look “too intense” pretty quickly too

I loved his time here and will always have a lot of time for the man as he clearly loves Spurs. but he isn't a winner. His career since he left has proved that.
Don't understand people still pining for his return.
