Hey Micky
Hell hath no fury like a Ange fanboy scornedWas chatting to my cousin over the weekend. He's a lifelong Brentford season ticket holder for the last 30 years and never misses a game, home or away.
He's pretty surprised Spurs have gone for Frank and all the backroom staff. Says Brentford have had never ending injuries since he was appointed and he's mostly a yes man to Brentford's owner (who makes the majority of footballing decisions). Whilst he is well liked by the Brentford fans to keeping them in the Prem, its not clear if he can really take a club to the next level.
I do find it odd, that we have appointed a coach with zero experience in European competition and, very limited coaching experience and, a lower win % than Ange at Spurs. (41% vs 46%).
Clearly Spurs ambition, with 800k spent on players in the last few years - is to WIN the league, and WIN the champions league. Not to finish 6th.
Feels almost inevitable that Levy is preparing to throw bags of cash the way of Klopp by October.

I’m delighted. We’ve been shit at throw ons for as long as I can remember and I’ve complained about it regularly. Maybe we’ve got our own Rory Delap waiting in the wings (or by an advertising hoarding).
Why you little Minx Mrs P.The more variety we have to our play, the better IMO. Nothing wrong in mixing it up a bit, leaving the opposition guessing.
