Indeed! I'm excited because of how well he did with very limited means at Brentford, because he comes across very well, both as a person and as a coach, because of his record improving players, and because we already look far more organised than under Ange - which by the way was getting worse and worse, despite the EL win.

Not carried away at all. Just excited that we look to have a highly competent coach, and a better squad.
 
Good press conference from him yesterday. Nice honest answers about the huge number of levy questions. I think it will be hard for anyone to pull the wool over his eyes for sure. He’s pretty honest though, which unfortunately will be what trips him up sometimes. However he gives decent sensible answers, doesn’t seem to play games or want to give quips and soundbites to the media. Refreshing.

Just come back from 2 weeks+ hols, last few days North Coast Spain. Really annoyingly we had car trouble so werent even able to get to Bilbao. Only just managed Santander for the ferry home! Will go again.

No need to take it to an extreme the way Woolwich have already done, but set pieces as a kind of cheat code that'll give you a decent chance to score even at times when you're not creating much should definitely not be overlooked.

Could be the primary answer to the question of where the goals would come from in the absence/departure of Kulusevski, Son and Maddison.
 
The difference between last season and this is like night and day.

Last season , it was so difficult watching our games that I always looked forward to the international weekends to take a break from watching us.

This season, under Frank, I’m eagerly waiting for each game to start.

I’m so happy I was so wrong about this appointment, I wasn’t keen on him at the start as I thought we were accepting mid table and trying to get top 4. However so far I couldn’t have been more wrong, give this guy whoever he wants next few windows and we are winning it all!
