Pretty incredible we’ve conceded 1 in 4 games after what we’ve seen the last two seasons.

Still a bit of a work in progress going forward. But at least we’re still finding ways to get goals while we put it together.

And goals from all over with others still yet to contribute.

Since the Super Cup we've had Romero, Van De Ven x 2, Johnson x 2, Richarlison x 2, Palinha, Bergvall, Sarr.

7 different goalscorers across 5 games. Pretty good to see that when it the past we were so reliant on 2 players to get the goals.

If that's in fact what the players are doing, it's hard for me to ignore that Tel is among those acknowledging the coaching staff!

He could soooo easily how completely blown his top after being cut from the CL squad.

The fact that he hasn't, coupled with this image, shows real maturity on his part, and he should be given his fair credit. Will he fulfill his potential from a few years ago? Unclear! But he stands a chance, based off stuff like this. Sometimes it's the small (attitude) things that add up, when it comes to development, especially if a player seems to have stalled. Just ask - without otherwise comparing the two! - one Harry Kane.

good subs, giving players rest & others match time, hopefully Danso will get match time most weeks
looked like we now have a coach that has tactics, set plays, and changes things on what he see's as match unfolds

Xavi is class. Kudus is great. Sarr good too. Bergvall might actually turn into a player. Romero and Porro remain huge liabilities at the back. Tel had a poor showing as a striker. Hopefully Kolo Muani finds his feet.

The green shoots of recovery are defo visible and without getting ahead of ourselves TF appears to have the squad singing from his hymn sheet.

Granted the January window is a difficult one to prise the best players from clubs it will be interesting to see how the 'new regime' will act to reinforce the squad and adhere to their recent mission statement.

Frank says this about Xavi because that is what he said to persuade him to come to Tottenham. But that does not necessarily mean he will use him like that all the time. Managers are often disingenuous when talking to players so as to obtain them. Xavi said he was very impressed by Frank's presentation and by how Frank saw and thought of utilizing him. In the game yesterday other players didn't treat Xavi as a 10. Spence and others, for example, have refused to make passes to him so as to allow him to create. Frank did not instill that what he told Xavi into other players. And that is a sign of poor management. There is no team cohesion.
