got that one wrong again, fair enough his hands are tied a little with such shit options in the front 3, but then have another system? you cant have two wingers being odobert and johnson, its powder puff shit.

need to start trusting gray, kids an actual footballer and we lack that badly!!!

Cue the overreaction brigade because we didn't win that match.
It has nothing to do with the result for me.

It has to do with the complete and utter lack of in possession principles. We have no buildup, we’re constantly giving the ball away or hoofing it long to the likes of Richy/Johnson, we have no real foothold for long periods of time.

Win or lose we were soundly outplayed.

It's who we are mate

It's really not. Frank has had very good results mainly in his short spell so far but I for one hate watching this type of football and so do most spurs fan imo.
It's early days with Frank and he has said that he is implementing his style bit by bit with defence coming first but he has to to start with an attacking strategy soon or the crowd will turn on him quickly

Really hasn't. It's been fine, not good. Only getting 1 point out of 6 to Bournemouth and Brighton, 3 points out of 6 against two teams almost certain to go down. We beat City well, but this is the worst City team under Pep. We've been fortunate in most games.

We've played like this in most. It's been really bad. The only tactic we have going forward is playing it out wide and crossing, and thankfully our clinical forward, own goal has been there to mop up chances.

This is bad.

We're still recovering from one of our most dire seasons in decades outside of Europe, Frank's been with us for not even 15 matches yet, it's gonna take time to fix the damage Ange did to us.

He’s been a bit fucked over with the attack hasn’t he?

Maddison and kulusevski injured and now Solanke out. Muani god knows what’s wrong with him. Tel, Johnson not good enough. Odobert looks lively but shouldn’t be first choice.

It’s where I would have tried to keep Son. He would still have scored us some goals.

Sorry Frank. You just can't line up like that in a CL game.

We are constantly sold the dream of finishing top 4 just to qualify for CL and then you start that front 3?

Especially when the game was sandwiched by Wolves and Leeds - hardly high level opposition.

Got it massively wrong.

Dominating the possession but lacking creativity due to sitting Kudus and Simons, itself a questionable decision, would be one thing. Even then, as evidenced by how little it took to actually score those two goals, you don't need very complicated and high quality stuff to overcome this Championship caliber Bodo team.

But this? 11 men behind the ball, in fact inside their own half, and still handing out chance after chance? Not being able to string three passes for prolonged periods? Dreadful stuff.

We haven't even entered into the stretch where the fixtures get significantly more difficult. It could get very ugly after the international break. Look at this:

Villa
Monaco away
Everton away
Newcastle away (League Cup)
Chelsea
Copenhagen (certainly not worse than Bodo)
Man Utd (enjoying a new manager bounce by then)
Woolwich away
PSG away
